Welcome to Mindful Stridz

With over 17 years of experience in psychotherapy, I specialize in guiding individuals through profound emotional healing, helping them break free from cycles of burnout, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Equine-Faciliated Therapy, creating a unique, deeply embodied healing experience.

My clients are compassionate, self-aware individuals who have spent years prioritizing others, often at the expense of their own well-being. They struggle with people-pleasing, self-criticism, and difficulty receiving support, yet they long for deep, reciprocal connections and the confidence to trust themselves fully. Through our work together, they begin to reclaim their energy, set boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with their intuition and inner wisdom.

At Wildsong Ranch in Longmont, Colorado, I offer a sanctuary for healing, where horses become intuitive co-facilitators in the therapeutic process. In addition to in-person equine sessions, I provide virtual IFS and somatic therapy, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, personalized care no matter where they are.

I also offer a structured three-month healing program, blending equine-facilitated therapy, IFS, and somatic work to create a deeply supportive container for transformation and growth.

My philosophy is rooted in self-leadership, embodied awareness, and compassionate transformation. I believe that healing happens when we learn to slow down, listen to our inner world, and create a relationship with all parts of ourselves.

If you’re ready to step into a deeply healing, life-changing journey, I invite you to connect with me and explore how we can work together.
