I am a certified Mindfulness Teacher and Somatic Psychotherapist. I have been in the field of stress reduction and mind/body connection since 1998. My integrative wellness approach helps clients build skills that result in a more positive relationship with their body and mind.
Grief/Loss & Bereavement Support
Everyone grieves differently, and we are not meant to grieve alone. Some of my client’s are parents who have had a stillborn or miscarriage loss, others are children who have lost a loved one, such as a sibling or parent. The horses at Wildsong Ranch are amazing partners on this often challenging journey. We are here for you.
