Begin Again - A 6-Week Mindfulness Meditation Course

Learn restorative practices that help ease stress and overwhelm in everyday life.

In this six-week program we will focus on the foundation of mindfulness meditation, including mindful movement and sitting practices.

Throughout the program we will explore the following:

  • Mindfulness of the breath
  • Mindfulness of the body
  • Working with limiting beliefs and fear
  • Self-Compassion and Loving kindness Practice

When: 1st class begins Monday, February 10th, 2020 - 5:30-7:00 pm
February 17th, 24th, March 2nd, 9th, and 16th

Where: Floorspace Movement Studio - 1510 Zamia Ave, #101, Boulder, CO.
